I have been a customer of GenX3D Robot Sweatshop for several years. Showing my items to other printers in the area and some friends in the tech world has led to conversations around “where did you get this!?” and “this is the best quality print I have ever seen!”

The owners of GenX3D Robot Sweatshop and sales people are never pushy and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that what I purchase is exactly what I need.  As a local behavior analyst, having the right tools is integral to the success of my clients.

For example, I have a collection of fidgets from GenX3D Robot Sweatshop that help bring regulation into sessions while we work through difficult moments of grief, trauma, or emotional dis-regulation.  I have one of their printed lamps in my office that allows clients to change the color to fit how they are feeling rather than having to use words in difficult moments.  When I have clients who engage in injurious habits (hair pulling, skin picking, fingernail and cuticle biting, etc.), I have their spiky fidgets that provide high stimulation that replaces the behavior without causing additional harm.  Their mini animals act as puppets and characters that can talk about difficult behaviors to each other when clients find speaking face to face about themselves is too activating.  When I have clients going into potentially traumatic situations like big surgeries or to court, large printed companions give them comfort and provide grounding.

When my 5 year old sat with Santa this year she threw me for a loop and asked him for “a rattle snake that rattles up.” Santa and I both had the most confused looks on our faces and he said he would see what he could do. I asked my sweet girl where she saw this toy and she said “I didn’t. I just thought of it in my head and the elves can make anything you imagine.”

I saw GenX3D Robot Sweatshop at a vendor fair about a week later and told him about her description and he said “I’ve got you. Just send me a text.” This complete stranger became our personal elf so we could keep the Santa magic alive and wow did he come through! He sent design pics, allowed us to choose colors, and even figured out how to make the snake rattle. Due to a little mishap on the first try he made a second, so my princess got TWO rattlesnakes. (And a few extra goodies he threw in)

I considered myself an experienced Santa, as this is my 3rd child, but this year put the Christmas magic to the test and it was made possible by the care and creativity of Jamie. Thank you! Highly recommend!
